This is an absolutely beautiful piece of forested land in the Cedar Glen area, just a couple of minutes from the Papoose Lake side of Lake Arrowhead. There are some challenges to overcome here, but for the right buyer, this could be heaven. The first challenge is the access, which is currently a problem but is not insurmountable. The property actually fronts on Bay Tree, but that has been washed out over time, trees have fallen across it, and a good amount of work will have to be done to clear it and grade it for driving access once again.
